Travel to Erfurt
By Train:
Erfurt main station is integrated into the ICE network of Deutsche Bahn AG. The ICE route Munich-Berlin enables fast and comfortable travel with ICE trains from all directions.
Fast ICE connections from and to Erfurt:
- Leipzig-Erfurt: 0:40 h
- Berlin-Erfurt: 1:40 h
- Frankfurt-Erfurt: 2:15 h
- München-Erfurt: 2:30 h
- Köln-Erfurt: 3:30 h
- Hamburg-Erfurt: 3:30 h
By tram, take lines 3, 5 or 6 from Erfurt main station to the Anger and change to line 2 in the direction of P+R Messe. To go to Entrance East of Messe Erfurt leave line 2 at station "Messe".

Your Conference Ticket inlcudes a ticket for local transport of EVAG Lines. It is valid 3 hours prior to the start of the event until 3 a.m. on the following day on all EVAG lines within fare zone 10.
By Plane:
The direct connection to the airport Erfurt/Weimar - a one-time change from tram line 4 to line 2 at the stop Gothaer Platz is sufficient - simplifies the journey for international visitors.
In addition, Leipzig/Halle Airport can be reached by ICE train in about 30 minutes and Frankfurt Airport in about 130 minutes.

VISA
Germany is part of the European Union. Many visitors are allowed to enter EU countries without a visa.
Congress delegates who require a visa can easily obtain it from the German Embassy in their home country. On request a letter of invitation will be sent by the conference secretariat, pse-conferences@efds.org. Applications for invitation letters should be received before June 30, 2022.
However, this invitation implies no obligation, financial, visa or otherwise, by PSE Conferences.
